Kevin and David first connected at the University of Missouri and have since worked together at four organizations prior to founding Column Six. With over 25 years of combined experience in finance, operations, and strategy, they bring a complementary blend of skills that bridges executive leadership and on-the-ground execution.

    David started his career as a CPA with PwC before transitioning into healthcare, where he has spent the past 13 years driving financial and strategic transformation. His experience spans CFO, strategy, analytics, and consulting roles across large healthcare providers and innovative healthcare vendors.

    Throughout his career, David has led initiatives in financial strategy, M&A, and commercialization, consistently improving revenue performance and operational efficiency. He now partners with healthcare organizations and physician-led groups as a fractional executive, helping them scale operations, adopt AI-driven solutions, and position themselves for strategic growth or exit. David’s unique blend of financial expertise and strategic leadership skills enables him to bridge clinical, operational, and business priorities delivering enterprise-level results for organizations of all sizes.

    Kevin is a licensed CPA with more than a decade of experience in finance, operations, and strategy across healthcare, consumer brands, and professional services. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for USA Radiology Management Solutions, where he drove a 28% year-over-year revenue increase by redesigning physician compensation models, improving contract terms, and introducing advanced financial forecasting frameworks. His leadership spans full-cycle finance, billing, payroll, and benefits operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple entities.

    Earlier in his career, Kevin held leadership roles across numerous organizations guiding them through financial transformation, operational alignment, and sustainable growth.

    Today, Kevin partners with healthcare and other growth-focused companies as a fractional executive and advisor, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every engagement. His deep expertise in financial management and operational excellence enables him to align leadership vision with ground-level execution, driving results that last.
