You will own and maintain the master physician schedule to ensure continuous coverage, coordinate onboarding activities, and assist with physician recruiting efforts. As the operational point of contact, you will resolve scheduling conflicts, address hospital requests, and support physician needs. The position also involves maintaining and improving workflows, tracking key operational metrics, and helping implement credentialing and scheduling tools.
