Additional responsibilities include processing payroll on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing clear reports on billing performance, financial health, and operational risks. This consulting role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs. Prior experience in healthcare finance or operations is preferred but not required.

  • The Credentialing & Operations Manager is a full-time position responsible for overseeing physician onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, and daily operational support for a growing teleradiology group. This role manages the complete credentialing process across multiple states, including licensing, payer enrollment, and hospital privileging, while ensuring timelines are met and documentation is accurate. You will own and maintain the master physician schedule to ensure continuous coverage, coordinate onboarding activities, and assist with physician recruiting efforts. As the operational point of contact, you will resolve scheduling conflicts, address hospital requests, and support physician needs. The position also involves maintaining and improving workflows, tracking key operational metrics, and helping implement credentialing and scheduling tools.
